This is really bizarre but in a good way 
The sharp, cold, angles of the building really contrast with the soft fluffy bright clouds. The streaks in the sky also work well against the windows on the building showing the difference in human methods and nature's methods of the same thing.It has a really odd futuristic feel to it.
